Please ensure recipient is not going to be out of town on your selected delivery date. We cannot retrieve, remake, and redeliver the arrangement after scheduled delivery has been completed.
Our rose arrangements are a step above the rest, including interesting greenery and petite companion florals. No baby's breath or baker's fern in sight. If you want a specific color choice, please place your order at least 2 business days prior to delivery. Otherwise, the color scheme is designer's choice.
For rose orders > 1 dozen, please place your order at least 2 business days before delivery, to ensure we have enough roses on hand.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I ordered a dozen red roses for my wife, and we were both very pleased when they arrived! Froggy's Garden never ceases to deliver! Beautiful arrangements that last and last. Holly is a delight to work with --- professional, prompt, good communicator, and treats my orders I've placed with her as if I'm her brother (I'm not). My wife LOVES her roses every time.
